The Progressive Leadership Fest was born from a growing sense that the evolution of leadership, is no longer equipped for the world we’re living in. We’ve reached a crisis point where leaders in society need to come together to effect change that is going to make a real and sustainable difference.

Too many leaders in business, in education, in public services, and even in our community groups, are trapped in systems that reward disconnection, endless growth and short‑term gain, all for the sake of shareholder value and higher profits. While people, communities, society, the planet and humanity suffer.

This festival has been designed and curated by the Manufacturers’ Alliance and a community of business leaders that are aligned and want to make a difference. That are drawn to helping bridge the gap between the challenges we have in society and the world of business.
